CCCVII-Outlaw Escape Gone Wrong

Post by Elephant Knight »

Some criminals want to get out of jail so fast, they forget important details when escaping.

Our prisoner in question forgot that the prison he was in was on a lake. He was able to break through the wall by his window, but in is haste, he forgot something that will probably cost him his life

I quickly threw this together, cause someone was wondering why I wasn't building. Reason is, cause I have an entry just sitting on my floor, under a blanket, that is waiting for a few peices to come in the mail before I can take pictures of it.

Please tell me your opinions.

Nice! Poor guy, good thing you didn't put any rocks there. Oh well, that's karma. :D

I'm relatively new to the forum, but everything I've seen of yours is yellow, do you only make yellow castles? :roflol: Anyway nice mock, I like the waves, but perhaps you could incorporate some other colors into the wall unless you're going for strictly the yellow look. I think it suffers from big "yellow" wall syndrome

Well, EK, I'm gonna come out and say it: I am not a big fan of yellow castles. (Ducks collective community bricks) That being said, I love what you've done with the waves at the bottom, especially in using a different color for them. I also like the rubble on the inside of the window. It's a very nice touch. I also like the posing of the knight on the bottom level. He looks like he happened to look out the window as he walked by, then totally did a double take. Good job. :D

Great idea EK! The yellow walls are an interesting take, but I like it. I also like the waves, you never know, it might be deep enough he will make it.

Thanks for the "yellow" replies!

Voran: :P Suck it up. I had built the wall, thought it needed soemthing more, and put the wavess in. I agree that it makes a nice touch. As for the rubble, my first thought was to have it comeing out the other way, but there was no good way to make it look god.

DarkTemplar: Not ALL of my creations are yellow. Just most of them. If you are lucky, I sahll have a non yellow CCC entry up in a few days, weather and interent permiting.

Nanuck: That baseplate looks pretty thin to me

Nice MOC, its could use a few more details, like wall decorations and such.
