That is a very nice (although expensive) way to make a roundish tower. I like it how smooth the transation from the tiled wall to the regular brick towers looks, it doesn't seem like a differen part of the whole building like it does with many other round tower techniques.

Probably because it doesn't really have so much to do with life with the see; this tower could just as well have stood on the land.

You are a fiend with tiles as always! I love the water, but the tiled sides are brilliantly done- I think the numerous windows and the entry door help add to the technical feat of it all. Nice one. :)

That castle idea is great. Nice work on this. The red highlights are nice to see too.

The brick built doors are absolutely great. I really like the windows incorporated in the tiled walls. A very attractive use of the tiled round tower technique.

I am curious about how stabile this building style is? If used on a larger scale will the result hold together well for travel to conventions?

Here is a photo of the internal structure I used for the rounded wall...

Excellent, as always. Next year, you should get your own category!

The MOC is great, but the picture of the internal structure is my favorite. That's some clever Lego engineering. My only potentially negative comment is that it seems rather understaffed.
