Hello,

It's actually quite simple to post pictures in your posts, so let me see if I can help you out here. How I (and everybody else, I would assume) post them:

Step 1 - Upload your pictures to your Flickr or Brickshelf gallery

Step 2 (If using Brickshelf) - Click on your photo until it is all on its own on the empty white screen, and copy the URL at the top of the screen.
Step 2 (If using Flickr) - Click on your image, you should then see a button that says "all sizes" - click that, and on the next page you can copy the direct URL of the image from there. I prefer using Flickr, especially since they already provide you with various sizes of your photo (since you can't post huge images here on the forums).

Step 3 - Paste the URL in your post.

Step 4 - Highlight the URL, then click the "Img" button.

Knowing me, I was probably too vague or left out some info, so if you are still having trouble let me know and I'll correct myself.
Hope this helps! :)

Remember that when embedding photos from flickr, to choose the small size as it's the largest that will fit within the forum rules. We can only post images up to 400 pixels wide.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Wait, I didn't know you could highlight and click the button. I've always had to click it and then paste the url. That should save a little bit of time.

Lamanda,
Am I supposed to see the image, or do I just see the code? I tried the steps you listed on my Mons Leg entry and all I see is the code [img]http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4048/420 ... 805d_m.jpg[/img]. Is it designed so I don't see the image?

Hmm.. This is odd to me, since if I copy/paste the code you just posted (exactly as you posted it) it turns out fine:

Now I'm a little confused as to what's happening here.

Do you have a check mark by 'disable bbcode' in the options when you compose your message?
