If you are THAT worried, don't post it. It is that simple. Period, exclamation point. I don't think the admins are going to create a member's only section just for people who are paranoid that the work they CHOSE to put online will be copied by someone somewhere. I repeat, if you are THAT worried, DO NOT post it.

Agreed. Never share anything that you are afraid will be stolen or copied. This actually goes for almost anything related to making money. :)

I would add that if you are that worried, you should be a very very good writer, or you are wasting your chance to get readers and feedback that will improve your writing.

@ Bluesecrets: Of course I don't expect anybody to make a special section for the other writers and me. It was just a thought. That would be a nice resource though. If I had any idea how to make a website I'd do that, but I'm no computer wiz.

@Ottoatm: I doubt I'm a very good writer, but it's very difficult for me to come up with anything original. I've already got a small bit of my writing in one of the threads (I think it's the "What castle factions make up your Lego castle world?" thread): feel free to PM me your thoughts on it if you want. This goes for everyone else. (Don't be overly generous please; I do need to improve after all.)

My advice would be not to worry too much about being original - just start by writing and enjoy yourself. If you write a plot that's been used a million times, but write it well, it can still be an excellent story. :)

Check out this thread here: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Castle_Worl ... wtopic=982

A looot of stories are the same-old-same-old... but if the writing is good, and the action/characters around the plot is good, you can still go somewhere there. 8)

Good piece of advice, I'll keep that in mind.
