And, I'll let you read her explanation:
I went ahead and compiled a list of the minifig suggestions found in the thread. I removed all duplicate suggestions and combined some that seemed to me to represent the same concept--for example, "secret agent," "spy," and "James Bond" are all given together as a single entry, separated by forward slashes. As a rule of thumb, I left names of specific people/characters on the list but combined them with generic archetypes, so we have "Barbarian/Conan" instead of giving Conan his own entry. Finally, I renamed a few suggestions to be more in line with the names of the minifigs that have already been released--for instance, Man in Chicken Suit became Chicken SuitGuy (to go with Gorilla Suit Guy).
Another thing I did was remove most of the specific details some people (including me) gave with their suggestions--nitpicking about colors, accessories, that sort of thing. I did this in order to streamline the entries and to make it more likely that we'll see them fulfilled in future collectible series.
Anyway, here's the list. I boldfaced the suggestions that have come true and included the series and name of the minifig that fulfilled it, mostly for those cases where it wouldn’t be clear. Other thoughts are in parentheses. You may want to go over the thread yourself just to make sure I didn't miss anything, or in case you differ with me on which suggestions to combine. But this should be a good start
