The Time Twisters Contest: The Winners!
The Time Twisters Contest: The Winners!
Alright the results are in!
We had a very hard time judging this because there were so many awesome entries. We definitely want to compliment everyone who entered, you've all made some really excellent, beautiful, funny and creative entries!
Unfortunately there can't be 60 winners, so here's the ones that came out on top:
Third place:
ChrisZ's Robo Attack
Chris really caught the essence of this set with her medievalified version, and she added some hilariously funny details. The presentation is also top-notch. Great job!
ChrisZ wins a MISB 6193 Creator Castle Set!
Second place:

Kdansky's Dragon/Beachhead Fortress
This creation really cracked the both of us up when we saw it. A great castle rendition of the Agents Volcano Base set, and the whole style of the building is very iconic to the 1990s Castle sets. The dragonhead for the laser is hilarious. Congratulations!
Kdansky wins a MISB Brickmaster Castle Book!
First place:
Eti's Brewery
Eti really nailed the purpose of this contest spot-on with this entry, the whole scene is built up just like the set, the medievalification is very well done, and the presentation is awesome. That makes Eti the big winner.
Eti wins a MISB 7041 Troll Battle Wheel!
Super Secret Special Prize:
SlyOwl's 10120 Floating Death Rock
For this Super Secret Special Prize we asked someone who is not involved with the contest, to tell us which entry really stood out as the funniest. We asked JoshWedin, who picked SlyOwl's awesome medieval rendition of the Death Star playset.
All the little scenes just make this one the absolute winner of the funniest MOC in the contest! Excellent stuff SlyOwl!
SlyOwl can chase friend and foe around his house with 852512 Nerf Bow and Arrow!
Note about the prizes: The prizes were picked that we felt fit the theme of the contest the best. The troll battle wheel is something that looks like it came right out of another theme, and the other three prizes are Castle sets but not in the actual Castle theme.

This is such a honor, I don't know what to say.... *sob* I want to dedicate this prize to...
Okay, so this is not the Oscars, but this is really a pleasant surprise! I didn't think I was chanceless but I really thought there were quite a few that were better... my real favorite was the Death Star, so I'm relieved to see that Sly Owl wins a prize too!

Re: The Time Twisters Contest: The Winners!
Congratulations to Eti for winning this contest... I thought your entry would be good enough to win a prize, which I also thought of SlyOwl's entry. Both excellent entries in the competition.
Re: The Time Twisters Contest: The Winners!
ChrisZ's Robo Attack was my favourite, so i'm glad it placed. Congratulations to all.

Congratulations to the winners and thanks very much to the guys who organised - your time, effort and prize donation are much appreciated.
That was fun. Let's do that again sometime.

Ditto everyone else. It's people like you guys hosting competitions like this that encourage me to pick my bricks up off the floor, so thank you! Also well done to the winners, and everyone who entered. Nice job!

Thanks a lot for hosting this contest! It was my first time entering in one, and it was a great experience! Congratulations to all the winners, you defiantly deserve it!
