I was checking it out and it is great, probably some of the best work i have seen in the last few months i have been around.

My favorite detail is the rug under the King. An amazing MOC.

Agreed. The offset all the way down the steps is a very nice touch. I also love the feel of this scene. Excellent window idea.

Same here. This is a very cool MOC. The Crown design in the floor as well as behind the throne is a great touch. If I had to find something to pick at would be the custom weapons on the wall and held by the Knights flanking the King; they stand out in my opinion. The design and layout of the hall is perfect, the windows and columns on the sides, the doors, all top quality. This is the one of the best Crown MOCs I have seen in a while.

I wonder if the other factions are his lordings and them have come to pay tribute/counsel for war/ or something of that nature.

It could be Lamanda2, one of our members here who also sells custom capes in her store on Bricklink.
