When is the next Castle Jambalaya? If I sign-up could there be away so I don't have to ship out of country?

Hi J_MAN, Josh is a very busy guy who would love to be able to alert people who want to participate in the jambalayas, but it's just not feasible for him to remember to alert members before hand. You'll just be patient and wait for the post to arrive on the boards. Thanks for your understanding.
Since this thread was dead in November of 2008 and concerned a Jambalaya from two years ago and Josh has stated that he's not thinking about starting on in the near future, it's getting locked.
