Presenting CustomMinifigs.com
I am proud to announce the launching of a new website: CustomMinifigs.com http://www.customminifigs.com/store/home.php?cat=250. Operated by minifig aficionados Shmails and Armothe, CM.com is dedicated to providing enthusiasts tiny likenesses of famous and fictitious characters which highlight Shmails decal designs and Brickforge accessories.
Everyone’s favorite construction bricks provide the groundwork for each fig. Then Shmails designs and carefully applies a series of high-caliber waterslide decals bringing each one to life. The decals are sealed using classified techniques then they’re ready to go. Intended for display, not play; our custom figs are best arranged alongside your other collectibles – out of the reach of children and grandpas.
Custom accessories from Armothe – under the aegis BrickForge – round out each figure nicely, giving each puny persona something to wear or hold onto. Look for retired parts, special colors or even limited run elements finding their way into the hands of these tiny tykes – making them extra special!
There are three different types of figures we are selling. Collectible edition figures include a customized fictitious figure and Brickforge accessories to bring the character to life. Limited edition figures are collectible figures of famous or infamous characters, however they include a small vignette to put the figure into proper context. The third type will be Commemorative sets, which will be larger scenes that include multiple figures and limited edition accessories. In fact, CustomMinifigs.com is going to become the place to find Brickforge Prototype Accessories that will not see production in the forseeable future.
Our first round of figures is listed now, and new figures will be listed every week or two, so be sure to check in often. You can also go to the Brickforge Forums http://www.brickforge.com/forum/ to join in on the discussion about our figures present and future, or check in with us on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/31157752@N04/ to see what's new.
Happy New Year to all, and keep on customizing!

Wow those are some fairly detailed figures. A bit on the pricey side but good detail.
One other minor problem Lancelot was a Knight of King Arthur so he should be wearing the same coat of arms as Arthur but oh well he does have a good looking coat of arms though.

Well not only that, but he has Lancelot in black & white, which is clearly wrong. Everybody knows Lancelot's Favorite Color is Blue.Halberd777 wrote:Wow those are some fairly detailed figures. A bit on the pricey side but good detail.

How do you figure he didn't have his own coat of arms?Halberd777 wrote:One other minor problem Lancelot was a Knight of King Arthur so he should be wearing the same coat of arms as Arthur but oh well he does have a good looking coat of arms though.

Hmmm a possibility. I cannot remember from the books if they talk much about it. This is just a little nitpicky though like I said I like it just not sure if the book way or myths would have had him in a different coat of arms. If my memory serves me correctly Lancelot did come over from one of the non-Britannia countries to King Arthur and that could be where you fit in the coat of arms. I want to say France or Wales but could be wrong on those. King Arthur's I think is a little silly though.JoshWedin wrote:How do you figure he didn't have his own coat of arms?Halberd777 wrote:One other minor problem Lancelot was a Knight of King Arthur so he should be wearing the same coat of arms as Arthur but oh well he does have a good looking coat of arms though.

Lancelot, being a Knight in his own right, would most definately have his own coat of arms. One of the "things" about being a knight was/is that you had/have your own coat of arms. If he was a man-at-arms (aka Soldier) then he would wear the arms of whoever he was serving.Halberd777 wrote:Hmmm a possibility. I cannot remember from the books if they talk much about it.
