TRU BOGO?

Post by kor »

I've been out the game a long time. Does TRU still do a BOGO several times a year on Lego toys or is it just the BOGO 50% now? Any idea when these sales will be coming around? 5-6 years ago we used to go and fill up a few shopping carts when they did the buy one get one free. I miss those days....

It's not a BOGO. It's buy one get one 50% off.

They had some sets additionally discounted 25% for presidents day, I picked up a few city garage, titanium drill rigs and hyperspeed pursuits, the sets worked with the bogo 1/2 off as well :) No castle sets marked down unfortunately.

Just a few huh? What could I do to get one of those Squidward figs?

I don't know about in the US but here in Canada TRU has taken up doing a sale where they offer you a discount if you buy two sets of the same price. As in if you buy two $29.99 sets you pay $19.99 or something. It's usually pretty close to BOGO50%.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Check out our bricklink store. We're sorting some inventory right now but should be open in a few days.
