Chapter 5 is now online--deeplinks are listed below, since I doubt--highly--that it's been moderated yet.

I can't believe it's been... about a year since I last updated. I mean, time flies, and I know this chapter kind of just sat there as I moved around at the end of the summer and stuff went missing--but it still should have been shot in January, rather than April... except that Marcel, Giles, and Humbert have all gone missing, and Humbert couldn't quite be replicated. I've still no idea where they got to, but Bricklink managed (eventually) to save the day.

Anyway, here's Chapter 5. You can, of course, go back to the start of this thread for the previous chapters if you've forgot where we are.

Excellent work, Formendacil. The storyline is great, and the kids inturrupting the story really add to it. I look forward to seeing more of this! :D

Chapter 6 is now online. It's a rather shorter chapter than the last, and less exciting, but the story moves along. However, as I doubt that this link will be moderated for a little while yet, here are the individual deeplinks:

My thoughts exactly. The use of the "older" Lion knights is refreshing, brings me back a few years to some of my own stories (before computers could show pictures like this).

As to whom we may see next I would venture to say Wolfpack or Green Forestmen, the "thieves" the knights are worried about. Keep up the good work!

Chapter 7 is now online. It's slightly more exciting than the last chapter, in my opinion, and the plot thickens just a little. Most significantly, it's only 3 weeks since my last update! As I doubt that the folder link will be moderated quite yet, here are the individual deeplinks:

I love the random outbursts of the children, it makes me feel like I'm in front of a fire somewhere in Liondom. And the nice choice on Humbert's torso- the little knife in the belt for the knifethrower. Can't wait to read the rest of it.
If I were to make something out of LEGOs, I would probably use LEGOs. Pretty advanced stuff going on up in my head.

Chapter 9 is now online. It's been a couple months since the last chapter, mostly because of the Christmas break, but I've also been adjusting to a new computer. Personally, I'm not sure the photography is as good as it was (not that it was stellar before), but the plot is advancing beyond the Dark Forest, and practice makes perfect--right? I just finished reading the entire story thus far, and I'm really impressed! Keep up the good work!

BTW, where did you get that groovy Pike/Billhook that Humbert had? That is one groovy weapon!

Chapter 10 is now online. It took a bit longer than planned to get out--thank you, grad school--but I've already started on Chapter 11, and I think the use of the new computer is smoother. Go easy on image five, though... it's kind of ugly (though that's the photographer's fault more than the computer's). As the folder is not moderated quite yet, here are the individual deeplinks:

Sorry, I didn't reply sooner... I kept thinking "well, I'll have the next chapter up soon..." The plaudits are much appreciated.

As for Humbert's pike, that's a Little Armory weapon... a Search of the older topics in the Customs forum should tell you all you want to know about them... but it will also tell you, alas, that they are no longer really in business.

It took me plenty long enough, but Chapter 11 is now online. I've had the pictures taken for ages--I took both the pictures for Chapters 11 and 12 before I finished the school year and went home for the summer, but it wasn't until last week that I finally got around to finishing it. Chapter 12 should follow in the next month, before I have to go back to the east coast, anyway. As the folder is not moderated quite yet, here are the individual deeplinks:
