Westminster Abbey

Post by Bruce N H »

Hi all,

Warren Elsmore, Ed and Annie Diment, Stuart Crawshaw, Naomi Farr, Mark Stafford, and Megan Rothrock collaborated on this amazing Westminster Abbey, that was on display at the recent AFOLcon gathering in Manchester in conjunction with the recent royal wedding.

Wow. The round window is fantastic. I had to look up close to figure it out. It is amazing how much better building on a large scale looks. The elements are much more versatile when used like this.

This is from far THE BEST cathedral MOC I have ever seen. I'm speachless.
It is simply WONDERFUL. Thanks to the builders for giving us this moment of happyness.

Every once in a while there comes a long a MOC that is so detailed and lifelike model that it is instantly popular. This is one of those fantastic models. The detail, architecture, and sheer size are all impressive to a new scale. Extremely well done.

Definately one of the best cathedral mocs I've seen. Those gothic details look amazing, and I love the large round window!
