Well, I guess I should introduce myself...

Post by AK_Brickster »

Hey everyone! My name is Jordan Perry. I'm 26, married, and originally from Chugiak, Alaska. I graduated from the University of Hawaii in 2008, and I currently live in Bothell, WA. I'm also a new member of SEALUG and am looking forward to getting involved in the local AFOL scene here.

I've loved Legos for pretty much my whole life, and my love of building is what led me to major in Civil Engineering. I almost exclusively build Castles and related stuff, so I'm really enjoying the Classic-Castle website and forum. I'm also really excited to attend my first BrickCon, and I'll hopefully be involved with the collaborative build in addition to bringing the MOC I'm currently in the early stages of.

In addition to Legos, my other hobbies included playing basketball, hiking, riding my Ninja 500, playing a little CoD Black Ops, and spending time with my wife and my Shiba Inu puppy.

Anyway, that's pretty much me in a nutshell. Please feel free to drop me a PM anytime or leave a comment on my (very sparse, at the moment) Flickr page.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you a little better. Josh, I met you at the last LUG meeting in Tacoma. Hope you are able to make it to another one before the Con.

Thanks!

Jordan

Jordan! Hi!

I'm glad you introduced yourself here, I hadn't made the connection. Welcome to Classic-Castle and Sealug. I probably won't make it to another Sealug meeting before the convention, as my work schedule is getting in the way, but it will be great having your contribution in the Castle layout at BrickCon.

Build On,
Josh
AFOL and his money are easily parted.

Welcome to C-C and maybe I'll get to meet you at Brickcon.
Trevor

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Welcome to CC! See you at BrickCon :D
Between plotting to kill you all and chasing balls of yarn, I also build MOCs

Thanks for all of the warm welcomes! I'll be glad to meet you all at BrickCon. I plan on posting some pictures of my MOC soon, and will welcome any comments/compliments/or critiques!
