Dragon Knights' Tower

Post by NewRight »

Finally, I have pictures of my Dragon Tower. My Dragon Knights needed their own tower. This was shown and built for BrickFair 2011 where it sat on the castle table.

Changed a few things from the BrickFair photos though since it fell apart on the trip home. Luckily I was able to quickly rebuild it.

Also features my previous Cottage.

Great work!

I really like the angles you've chosen for your tower. The way that the wall above the stairway angles outwards along with the angled tudor section on the roof proves to be quite visually pleasing IMO. The colour choices and the texture work on the tower also stands out.

Impressive work! I especially like the roof in the back. Also the battlements.
You've got to ask yourself one question,"Do I feel lucky?" Well do ya, punk?

I think this is a great build. The stone work is great. I am unsure how I feel about the tan and black top, but other than color choice, I like the whole thing quite a bit. :D

Beautifull. The tower and the little house are just detailled enough withoout getting too busy.
Great job.

Shoot! You built that? This was awesome to see in real life, and I was trying to find the builder but couldn't locate him/her before having to leave. Now knowing that you built this, I really wish I could've met him(you). Still, very inspiring work and a great MOC in total.

Very cool. I like all the angles, particularly that section with the window that's sloped out about 30 degrees from the vertical.

Exactly. We were thinking the same thing. All our stuff was sitting right next to this beautiful MOC for the entire convention and we never were able to cross paths with the builder :(

Great stuff though!

I really liked the cottage. The colors and detail were perfect. Now, together, the tower and the house, it is even better. Great scene.

I agree, The tower and cottage compliment each other size-wise, and the angles and shape of the tower are great. I would add more houses, perhaps a small little hamlet. Nice job.
