Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
Re: Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
I should bring one just to say I brought one. Actually, I might have something to bring after all, although I've never considered making a sigfig before.

I haven't added my Sig Fig yet (and he's similar to another members sigfig) but I'd be honored if mine could attend http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa3 ... gfig3W.jpg (it's apparently too many pixels high to display as an in-line image)
I'll actually have to find which box I stored him in, that picture is a few years old.....

I may be able to build your fig. I can't remember if I actually have the shield or not though. I'll have to dig through my shields tomorrow. If I don't have it, do you mind him being shieldless?

Re: Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
Shieldless would be fine, if the blonde ham is an issue, Minifig, Headgear Helmet Castle with Neck Protector works, preferably in black but that's not critical either, I just like the 'Flared' helm as I think of it. Link to helm http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3844 .
Appreciate it!

I don't have any blonde ham. I do have the blonde hair though.Kosh wrote: if the blonde ham is an issue
Also I do have the shield but mine is reversed from yours. Odd. I didn't know there were variants of that shield.

Re: Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
Interesting, I was unaware of said variation either, reversed colors are fine on the shield. As for the 'blonde ham' well I typo a *LOT*... blonde hair or the helm works, whichever is easier.....
Back story on the Minifig and shield is this, way back when there was this little random survey card in a small space set (6870)that got filled in and sent in to LEGO. In return the pictured 'fig/shield and another 'fig with the torso design that flanks either side of the title header appeared in the mail.

That's really cool. I didn't know they did that back in the day.Kosh wrote:Back story on the Minifig and shield is this, way back when there was this little random survey card in a small space set (6870)that got filled in and sent in to LEGO. Re: Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
Hey Josh! We would love to be represented at brickcon by our SigFigs! I can completely understand if that isnt possible due to rare pieces and such but figured I'd still express intrest... Heres a picture without siercon's Black blacksmith sword, brown plastic cape and chrome shield or Corals turquoise katana and green ninja mask. If you happen to have those pieces then great, but this one would be awesome none the less
Only if you have the time and are entirely bored here is what they look like complete... Though I wouldnt want you to worry about it or thier mounts. Thanks a ton!

Better Picture of her staff. The crystal holding piece is a disassembled soccer platform.

Wow. I love you guys even more after seeing those awesome mounts! We'll see what we can do! Always love to have more people there in spirit. I know I can build either version of Coral, but I don't have a chrome stormtrooper or the breastplate so the Siercon is out for me. Anyone else have those parts? I have the rest.Siercon and Coral wrote:Hey Josh! We would love to be represented at brickcon by our SigFigs!
Regarding the mounts, I'm really close to having all the pieces. I'm just missing a few odds and ends. I'll see what I can come up with.

Re: Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
This torso http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=973pb849c01 isn't considered rare is it? My sigfig has that torso this head, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpb608
These legs, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?P=970c00 (black)
Helmet, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=93554 with this plume http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=64647 (white)
Weapons, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2530 (dark grey)
And last but not least his cape http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=522 (dark red)
p.s. I couldn't get the images to work for me either, it said it couldn't determine the size of the image.

Re: Classic-Castle Sigfig Photoshoot 2011
Having seen photos from last year, I would love to have my signature minifigure in the photoshoot. Hmmm I'll try to dig up a photo. His torso is essentially the only rarer part and please feel free to sub it with any castlle-ish brown torso if you need to. As far as swords go, again feel free to sub the Brickarms Claymore with any other available sword. My Sig-fig's ego isnt too fragile so I think we should be fine.
I am honored to be included with this. I would really love to come to BrickCon one day and meet all some CC members but location makes this an impossibility.
Best of luck to all over there. Thanks,
Blake
