What the heck is going on! (screwy forums!)

For the las week I have tried to access the Forum of this respected establishment, only to have a 'General Error' message pop up in the place of the lovely blue header and forum. Has anyone else noticed it, and what is the reason behind it? Is it hackers again? or what?
