I think it's implied that it's a connected to an artist, he dumps one on a beach to raise the profile of his exhibition - though the name Ego Leonard (Ego.L...L.Ego...) either implies a Lego obsessive, or an attempt at viral marketing by TLG. Odd, but cool.

Aaah I should have watched your link first. Yeah what's up with the Playmobil comment? Just becuase it's not serious news, doesn't mean that you can be slack with your facts... be interesting to know how the artist shipped the thing.
