I'll wade into these waters. First, a general note - C'mon, everyone, the CCC is about having fun building with LEGO, not about debating every jot and tittle of the rules page. If something doesn't fit a category, it will just get bumped into the Misc. category, which is no shame. You don't have to ask us about each brick you stack together.
Anyway:
Surduk wrote:Can we make more than one creation for same category?
38 - From the rules page: "You may submit up to 2 entries into each category."
Surduk wrote:Is forced perspective allowed?
39 - Yes. A quick look at past contests would have shown several examples of this.

Regarding of recycling the ideas:
-is it ok to use some of OUR OWN old stuff, for example, fence, bridge or tree used before..Where do you draw the line here?
40 - See my response
in this thread. It is really a question of scale. If you have some minor element that you've done before, that is one thing. If you are re-using a major portion of a MOC, probably not.

Knight's Quest category:
-can we use female knight?
41 The Colossal Castle Contest is an Equal Opportunity Contest. This contest does not and will not discriminate in entries and judging practices on the basis of minifig race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.

Knight's Quest category:
-do we have to use the same knight in all three scenes?
42 - Yes, this should really be a story about a particular knight. Or about that knight and his (or her) companions.

Knight's Quest category:
-does the hero have to win in his quest?
43From The Lion in Winter:
Prince Geoffrey: My you chivalric fool... as if the way one fell down mattered.
Prince Richard: When the fall is all there is, it matters.
A heroic death is still heroic.

Knight's Quest category:
-can I reuse bandits used in Bandit's Raid category?
44 - Yes. In fact, this might be relevant to the Cross-Category 'series' award.
Surduk wrote:
Bandit's Raid category:
-can I make just a section of the monastery here? For example, just the entrance?
45 - As long as it fits in the size restrictions, you can build as much or as little of a monastery as you desire.

36. This category is not intended to be a fantasy castle category. Your bandits should be 100% human. Thanks.
that means, I can not have werewolf accompanying Wolfpack?
46 - If you're in the mood to build a werewolf, I suggest you consider the mythical creature and fantasy castle figure categories.
Surduk wrote:
Fantasy Castle Figure category:
-is it ok to use ONLY Lego pieces to make custom figure?
47 Sure. I don't think a totally purist figure has ever won this category, but many have tried. There are builders like
Michael Jasper, just to give one, who have shown that you can do amazing things with just official elements.
Surduk wrote:
Fantasy Castle Figure category:
-can I use this figure in other categories?
48 - Tentatively I'll say no, but will get back to you on this. -Edit- Okay, after talking with other judges, , definitely no.

Medieval Holiday category:
-Is it ok to make some pagan holiday that is not widely known? Where do you draw the line here?
49 - See the above non-discrimination language above. Something like Samhain etc would be perfectly fine. It should be a real historically observed holiday and not something fictional. If it's particularly obscure, hopefully your title and description will help clarify what's going on.
