Yes, it definitely does look like Max. I've always been hoping for the LEGO group to release him in a set, but I'm thinking they probably won't...(sigh) Well, good job, I like it a lot.

I am glad you like it! and legoknight, I know right? they should release Max in a set in fact I had this crazy idea about TLG putting him in a little bag and sending him to people in the lego club magazine! (in fact, I'm going to write this idea on the dear lego forum!) thanks again guys!
