Post by SavaTheAggie »

After many weeks of work, I have brought Ikros back out of the nether with a new illustrated chapter. I hope you all enjoy it.

Actually I'm thinking about continuing Ikros, honestly, but just not illustrating it. I know that isn't ideal, but at least it would give the fans of Ikros some closure.

Maybe someone else could illustrate it, to some degree anyway. c:

Hey SV, told you I didn't write it.
Anywho....Why will there be no illustrations? did you sell off some of your Castle stuff or something? Or is it just too strenuous to build all that?

I think you can answer those questions yourself. I'll play along with your little games, but I know who's really who around here... Tony.

It's not April Fool's day anymore, and if you ask any Mod or Admin they will tell you that I am not Anthony Sava. That is the last word. I do not want to argue about this further.

Okay, I have had enough out of the two of you. This is off topic. It is not funny. It is borderline ANNOYING. Stop your public arguing and take things to private messages. No one else wants to read it and certainly no one wants their thread hijacked by this foolishness. So this ends NOW or be prepared for some consequences and I AM talking to BOTH of you.

Now back on topic of Ikros.

This might be a bit off topic, but I've just clicked the link and I have to say OMG!! How did I not know about this? :o I have never seen such a deep series that could only come from Lego's. The work you put into this is just mind blowing.
This is truly inspiring from the whole story of yours and the build (which must have taken longer I suspect).

Just a question though, I'm don't know much about making websites but does it cost alot to make one, especially a site like yours?
I've been slowly creating my own universe but I didn't which site to put it on, so that's why I'm a bit overly excited.

Sorry for all the questions. :)

I think that writing the rest of the story, even if it isn't illustrated, is a good idea. As you said, it would give fans such as myself some closure, and it would at least let us know what happens to Garadaine and his companions. In addition, once you have the story written you can cruise along and illusrate it at a slower pace. You never know, maybe your son will help you illusrate it one day, if it takes that long.

For some reason, I can't picture you not finishing Ikros. Whether it's just the story and no illusrations, or both, I have faith that one day the project will be done.

And that'll be a good day! :)

You should definitely at least finish the story, even without the illustrations. The writing is brilliant.

Have you reached a decision about this one, Tony? What are you considering as the best course of action for the story?
