very cool stone dragon. Like you said some work on the front legs but other than that hmm it looks pretty great.
Like the illusion that the rider is sit on the neck, it only looks a little wierd when it is a little person riding the dragon when his legs are longer that way but it doesn`t matter because it is a great idea

Yeah, I wanted the rider to fit my previous feel of short people being dragon jockeys, so I decided to go with it anyway. Who knows? He could be really streching out his legs.

I built the rest of the dragon around the jaw. I saw that piece while searching through the box and I couldn't pass it up.
