I was just watching that movie and your minifig's head shows a striking resemblence. Here is a pic of what I am guessing the source material is. The llama is from disney's "The Emperor's New Groove".

Yeah, that is how he is presented, but in the movie, the emperor that turns into the llama is named Emperor Kuzco.
