I have talked to the Kings Council regarding scoring, because one of you asked me about what the scoring rules were. They are as follows:

4 contests/month = 1pt participating +3 pts for winning. (small)
2 contests/month = 2pt participating +6 pts for winning. (medium)
1 contest/month = 4pt participating +12 for winning. (large)

Since there won't be any contests until the current one is over, I'm naming Fortify the Forest a large contest. I will change the scores in the post, and people who entered will get their extra points.

Yeah, well, I thought this would be the easiest way to manage scoring for contests. It's what AK told me anyway. It works. I'm not much of a numbers guy so keeping it easy is probably best.

Me again... I've been sick the past week, so I had some time to not think about work and made my entry for the Global Challenge - Lenfald Style.

This is how this works: Outside of the offical LCC organisational board, Mark and I thought it would be cool to create an "alliance" to bolster creativity even more. When this local challenge is over, a new Local Challenge will be held that Medieval Guy and I will try to bend around the theme of this alliance, so get some red figs out!
