Guild entries do NOT count as free builds. They count as guild builds, and there is a separate point system for them. I would have to re-visit the first post to see if I've laid it out there, but you'll get a point or two for apprentice builds, two or three points for journeyman builds, and four or five for master builds. I will be sure to add that info to the first post if it isn't there already.
You gain a rank after you have completed ALL entries for each level. After you submit your first apprentice MOC, you'll get the title of "applicant". After your last apprentice MOC, you'll get the "apprentice" title. And so on and so forth.
I believe the first post says you can only submit 2 builds per month. I want to make sure that people are taking their time to make these the best MOCs you've ever built. You may even think about rebuilding sections that you feel need improvement before submitting. It's a time-intensive task, but often well worth it.

I will be sure to open the membership to the guilds. Thanks for pointing that out. I just had it as "closed" earlier because nobody had reached "Citizen" yet.
For the Mason's guild, it should be 3 different MOCs. You can certainly use MOC#1 in MOC#2 and MOC#3, but the idea was that MOC 1 would show planning, laying out foundation, etc. MOC 2 would show it under construction, maybe with some sort of scaffolding, or something. MOC 3 would show the finished or nearly finished structure. You should also have figures working on the project. I don't just want to see 2 WIP pics and a final pic. Each should be it's own complete scene. I hope that helps clarify what I'm looking for.
Thanks for the questions, everyone. I'm looking forward to getting this part of the project going, because I know a lot of people are excited about it.
