Catapult (it works!)
Here is a catapult I made that works just like a real one. This is my first siege engine and I am quite happy with it. I will be posting another video of it, after twisting the rubber band one more time to give it more power.
Here is a link to a video of it in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3g81Vzul ... e=youtu.be
And more pictures here: http://legocreator57.tk/Mitgardian-catapult.php
Any comments or criticism welcome!

Re: Catapult (it works!)
Impressive! Quite a mechanical achievement. Is it rubber band powered?

Thanks Blake
Yeah, Lego rubber band twisted around once, someone over on Youtube asked for instructions so I will be making those soon, I'll post them in this thread.

Re: Catapult (it works!)
Thanks guys
@mencot: probably within a few days, but these are the first instructions I have made and I want them to work easily.

Re: Catapult (it works!)
The trigger mechanism is very cool! I also like the wind-up feature. It's all just like the real ones!
