PLEASE HELP

I really want to hear your opinion about that...

I ve won in ebay.de this:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... AQ:DE:1123

please look carefully the photos.

the description says:
Lego XXL Knights Kingdoms Ritteburgset.8877 und 8802

translated description:
Hi I sell here one giant castle from lego. 8877 and 8802. The castles are in great condition but maybe some small bricks missing, because the sets for so long in children's room was. But no big brickg only small-smaller-tiny. We have also the original box and instructions for the castles.
For questions just contact me.
Check also my other auctions.

but the photos of the actual items in the listing show also 8876.

Since I am new in collecting, I didnt notice-figure out that. I liked how the lot looks like so big in the first four pictures and I ve bidded and won it. I didnt check if the photos correspond with the sets.
Now the seller, realised that his lot includes also 8876 and asks me 10euros more, otherwise he will remove the 8876 from the package, which he will send me.

What do you think?
Should I demand the photos' items without the 10euro extra? Or does he have right asking the 10euros?
Pics or description wins?

thank you in advance for your help! :)

PS I hope that I ve posted in the right section... if I made wrong, mods, please accept my apologies!

Hi. To be honest I don't know how ebay handles such a situation but you'd probably be better off contacting ebay customer support rather than posting here.

Indeed, you need to contact ebay's customer support.

The auction is for what's in the description IMO. However, I would also recommend talking to customer service.

Problem solved!

I communicated again with the seller to ask some more information and he told me that he is going to send the items of the pictures without the extra 10euros. Without even asking or arguing!
