Great request. I too would love more colors for the cowl and hood. In my case not just for variety in peasants, but also to match some of my wizards. Would be great to be able to pose them with hairpiece or a headwear.

Edit: As you can see, my sigfig desparately needs a white headpiece option.

Hey,

I'd love to see the hood in a variety of colors as well. I remember years ago when LEGO revealed a prototype of the Harry Potter Graveyard Duel set they had a white hood (and wings), and I was really looking forward to that, but unfortunately when the set came out the hood was black (and I already had a bunch of them from the SW line). For those who want to paint, several years ago Tony had a [url=http://www.classic-castle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6353]post on vinyl dyes[/ur] that may be helpful.

The lords of lego grant our request (Dr Doom fig officially revealed at Comic Con), however I'm guessing this will be quite a limited figure, as I can't see him appearing in multiple sets :( Great head for 'Man in the Iron Mask MOCs as well.

And that torso could be pretty handy castle-wise as well!

Woohoo!!! I will definitely be BrickLinking some of these for my elves. Now if they make it in white I'll be a very happy camper.

Okay, now this is some good news. Might have to work out how I can get a fist full. Might need to sell a kidney if it's going to be limited in number.

The eyes are standard, but they have that illusion of Clone Wars looks about them. I am so very grateful they are giving us a green hood! I hope it is in a $20-25 set!!

The LOTR sets with Ithilien Rangers are going to be great sources for hoods and cloaks, I'm thinking. ^_^
