Teherean's Multi-MOC Madness!
Hey Boys and girls,
You can view my latest MOC's in this thread, all photographed and uploaded on the 11th of June 2012. Have fun, and leave a comment or two! I'm always open for criticism.
To begin, Phase 1 of my entry for the GC2 of the Lands of Classic Castle project:
Where you'd least expect it... by teherean, on Flickr
Secondly, Phase 2 of my entry:
The scene. by teherean, on Flickr
Thirdly, the revisited Charging Lions army.
Light Infantry by teherean, on Flickr
And lastly, an experiment with hinges to create round-ish walls. It's the first time I pulled something like this off and made it look nice enough.
Tower by teherean, on Flickr
Thanks for watching, and Leg Godt!

I like that army! And I'm also a big fan or the technique for rounded walls there! The bigger the tower the better it looks!

Yep, True. This is the absolute limit as far as my collection of grey and dark bley hinges goes. maybe after future BL-spending sprees, who knows...Tastymuffins wrote:The bigger the tower the better it looks!

Nice MOCs! I like the rounded tower, I'm going to try one myself but I need to get some more hinges
Looking forward to seeing your GC2 entries finished/presented they look quite promising

I really like the broken roof on the run-down building in that first MOC.
Is there a staircase in the tower? Or is there going to be? I always like seeing the different ways people build stairs. They can be tricky.

Unfortunately, no. There is no staircase yet. Once this technique moves out of the experimental phase and I apply it in an actual MOC, I'll try and implement stairs. The Flowers of Time wrote:Is there a staircase in the tower? Buy 1 copy of Helm's Deep (once it's available where you are) and all of your hinge problems will be solved! Plus, you'll get a lot of other great castle pieces!
It comes with 19 of these:
and 27 of these!
Not to mention 40 of the "brick" bricks in lbley
PS, I really like your troops and wall tower. Have you considered putting some columns of 1x1 round bricks in each of the "cracks" at the corners?
Stephle59 used that technique really well in Archenval, as seen in this picture:
Keep up the good work! I'm off to read the stories for your GC entries

Re: Teherean's Multi-MOC Madness!
I've saved up quite a lot of money in the past few months, and I'm going to buy 1 copy of each set of the LotR line as soon as they are released! Might even buy 2 of the Uruk-Hai Attack set...AK_Brickster wrote:Buy 1 copy of Helm's Deep (once it's available where you are) and all of your hinge problems will be solved! As for the cones, I don't have that many! BL order is the answer but I'm saving up again and I gotta pay for my driving lessons... :/
Thanks for the feedback everyone! I appreciate it!
