LCC-GC2 Part 2-Garheim-The Island of the Sword

Post by Eklund »

Part 2 of my entry to LCC's Second Global Challenge

After finding the staff and ruins leading to the location of the Sword of Karlamac, Leif and Elyssa came to the Island of the Sword. Once there, Leif stuck the staff into the hole, and the sword rose up from the ground atop a pillar of stone.

Stunning landscaping and the "sword island" is great, excellent presentation too, the simple border sets it off nicely :D

I love it.. the idea of a sword-shaped island is great, and the water fits very well with the setting... I'm normally for more variation in a landscape, but the muted colours work in this MOC.

I like how you've built the shore with grey solpes. I also love your water technique (I also use it).

But I don't find your part 1 entry for GC2. Where is it?

The island shaped like a sword is really quite unique. Excellent work.
