Coolest Castle Figure Webpage

Post by Bentoft »

Edit: the page is now live: http://bentoft.dk/lego/coolestcastlefig/

This might be the totally wrong place to post this, but I don't know the right place. ... sorry.

I am working on a small webpage called "Coolest Castle Figure". Here everyone can upload a image of a castle figure to enter the battle. The page will display two figures and the visitor will have to click the coolest one. I have then implemented the elo ranking system (chess ranking) to give the figures rankings.

I could use some of you to help testing the page, and give advises for improvements, before I let everyone try it.

If you would like to help me out, then please send me a PM

So here is the result so far: http://bentoft.dk/lego/coolestcastlefig/

Check it out, and if you would upload some of your castle figures it would be really cool.

I think this is a great idea, and the website behind it all seems pretty robust too. I'll build some random castlers this weekend and upload some for you :)

Sounds great, it will only be fun if there are lots of figures

Yeah, I think this sounds like a really fun idea. I think it will also give inspiration for MOCers to do factions, etc.

I'll build a few minifigs soon and upload them!

Thanks for putting this together!

I don't think it works when you try to upload a JPG, at least it didn't for me, even though it was 300x300 pixles. I had to switch my files to GIFs for them to upload correctly.

No it didn´t work for me either, I tried to upload a 300x300 jpg. It gave a blank page with the text "Invalid file" :?
