GC2 The Search for the Sword - Voting Thread

Post by Mark of Falworth »

The Search for the Sword - Voting Thread!

Hello everyone!

The Second Global Contest of the Lands of Classic Castle project is drawing to a close. But before we can officialy end, we need a winner! And who would be better fit to select this winner but YOU!

For the non-LCC members, let me first clarify. The challenge of this contest was based around an old story of an enchanted sword, lost in the lands of the LCC. The participant had to create two MOC's, one finding clues that would lead him/her to the sword, and the other would show him/her finding it. Read more about the General Contest, and see all the entries HERE!

First of all, let me thank all of the participants of the LCC factions for making this a greatly succesful contest. We've seen some beautiful, creative and hilarious entries!

The Finalists!

The faction members elected the following participants to represent their factions:

For Lenfald!

SergeantChipmunk44
|Part one||Part two|

For Garheim!

Eklund
|Part one||Part two|

For Loreos!

Thomas Arrowford
|Part one||Part two|

For the Outlaws!

Voting!

The winner of this challenge will be chosen by the members of the Classic-Castle community. That means that non LCC-members can vote too! That's right, you ALL have a say!

Take a look at the entries, than vote for the one you think is best in the other voting thread. There are a few rules, however.

1. The finalists are allowed to vote, but please don't vote for yourself.
2. You may only vote once (obviously).
3. To prevent fraud, CC-members with less than 5 posts are NOT allowed to vote.

Voting will end Next Saturday. (The 1st of September 2012. )

Cast your vote! Participants good luck!

- The Lands of Classic Castle's King's Council

Please cast your vote in this thread Here

AK, they are both. They were posted in the MOC forum and in the Stories forum for maximum exposure.

Two quick question, how are you gonna count the votes then when there are two of them?
And to the other question:

Actually every person can vote in both votes but will all bother to vote in both, doesn´t this give a wrong result. Just wondering

Yeah this one in the stories forum probably should just link to the MOC forum so that we don't have to worry about some people voting in both, some only voting in one, etc.

I would edit this post to remove the poll and ask those who voted here to recast their votes in the MOC forum poll instead, and provide a link to that thread in this one.

Yes, I also think that would be best.

It's not THAT confusing, you just have to actually read the post in its entirety ;)
