Hey all,
In the MOC Invitational Tournament over on MOCpages, one of the pairings challenged builders to build a lifesize recreation of some object. Luke Johannesen was inspired by an 8 inch high knight statuette to come up with a LEGO version.

Wow! That's really good!
(side note, at first, I thought the small pic of the two knights were his inspirational objects, and I thought DANGGG!! He got that one on the left PERFECTLY!!)

My error was looking at the MOC without following up with the reason for it. I was thinking that it looked a tad silly having that face motif on the chest, and the legs looked skinny. Only when I read closely, then saw the inspiration, did I understand how well he'd done at translating into Lego.

Brilliant parts use! So much detail in a rather small MOC, impressive!
