CCCX Classic Set Reimagined: Black Monarch´s Ghost

Post by mencot »

My entry for theClassic Set Reimagined

Black Monarch´s Ghost

Image

This is a very small Lego set and it was the first I got from the Black knights line. And there is alot of talk and speculations on diffrent Lego forums, whatever this ghost is the Black Monarch or is it his ghost. I have gone with that the ghost is the Black Monarch that has come back to revenge his death, the knight in the set is/was his (not so) loyal right hand and the knight is now his successor. The small building in the set, reimagined it as the crypt where he is buried.

Thanks for watching.

I always wanted to get this set, instead my mother bought me the Black Knight :( The moc itself looks nice, it has all the elements and more the original set had.

Very nice. I've always had a fondness for this set, and I think you've nailed the essence of it. I especially like the tiny stained-glass window, and the way you can just tell that the inside of the crypt is below the surface of the ground.
