Hello everyone! I've visited CC for a couple years now, and decided I wanted to add something more to the community rather than just visiting daily... Not sure where to start, so I'll just jump in with my first Lego contest entry (ever!)
Something tells me these guards aren't going to get invited to the festivities if they let a Wolfpack member get so close...

I wanted to contrast the coldness of winter and duty with the warmth of a fire and fellowship. So, as with most of my MOCs, there is both interior and exterior space. There's a bunch more pictures where those came from, but I guess they'll have to wait until after the contest is over, unless it's acceptable to post related pictures into other Flickr sets...? anyone know?

Very nice first entry! It is acceptable to post other photos on your flickr, just make the sure the CCCX set has only the 3 pictures.
I really like the use of rounds for the walls and roof, very original

I love the Dragon Masters coat of arms above the fireplace. Those guys were/are my favorite.

Very well done! I love the usage of the round tiles and plates in the walls, and the various elements imitating snow makes it quite convincing! The inside is equally appealing - the aura of warmth and comfort is conveyed thoroughly by the interior design and color choices. Whereas the majority of posts on here (in my opinion) seem to lack an appropriate amount of liveliness, this one brings it in abundance!
