6054 - Forestmen's Hideout Redux

Post by Stephle59 »

Hi all,

This is my vision of an iconic set : 6054 - Forestmen's Hideout, created for the L13 contest on the French forum BrickPirate.
Like the original, it is playable and shaft opens into two parts. I will make pictures of the inside soon.
I could present to CCCX but I really ran out of time before the finish.

I hope you enjoy it.

awesome MoC. I love the tower incorporated into the tree, because you pulled it off wonderfully. :)

Excellent job! The tree is most impressive.

Great rendition. I particularly like how your roof design plays off the original set. I think making the vertical posts on the windows gray rather than black (as they were in the original set) was a good choice. Too bad this wasn't built in time for the contest, as I'm sure I would have ranked it highly.

Fantastic design!
I'm not sure what part is my favorite but it all around looks great. :)

Wow, that looks amazing! I really like the style of the house, it complements the tree nicely. :)
