Medieval Cottage (built by my little bro)

Post by soccerkid6 »

My 10 year old brother made this, he asked for help on how to angle the house and do the roof. He built the majority of it though:
Forgot to resize a pic to CC standars, so here's a link to the folder: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=522418
He would appreciate any C&C :)

Wow! He's got a lot of potential. :) I like the colors used and the little curved wall. Maybe tiling the border would make it look a bit cleaner. As for the roof, well done! But some plates and jumpers in old and dark brown would add some really nice texture and weathered feel. Keep up the good work! :D

@Aeridian: Thanks! Tiling the border would indeed look better, unfortunately someone was hogging the black tiles :halo:
Good suggestion for the roof :)

@Mark of Falworth: Thanks, I helped him some with that part :eyebrows:

Thats is well made. When I was ten my stuff would look terrible. This on the other hand is great. So I say well done to your little brother.

@Purple Wolf: Thanks, he's probably better at Castle builds than I was at his age too :)

Cool little cottage with a great looking terrain around it. Your lil brother seems to get influences from you and become an great builder also.
As others said, tell him a great job done, continue in the same direction :D
