Hello! I've been helping out with building the Friends Bricks forum (and posting to two related blogs). It's for anyone who is interested in LEGO Friends. We have an ulterior motive of hoping to inspire girls to build, and to keep building. Here is a Valentine's Day card, and an open invitation for you to join us!

Message from the Friends Bricks community:
"We are a worldwide community of Friends fans: Our members are AFOLs, TFOLs, Parents, Sisters and Brothers -- some seasoned LEGO fans & builders, and some newly discovering the love of building through Friends bricks. Our core purpose is sharing creations, reviews & news. Since the January 1st, 2012 launch of LEGO Friends, Heartlake City life has been inspiring us. Stop by http://www.FriendsBricks.com and join in the Friendship!"

Re: Friends Bricks
Hey Katie,
I joined this morning when I saw the announcement on Brickset. I doubt I'll post there much, but I like to know what's going on in the different corners of the Legoverse.
One question. Do you know if the intent is more to be a place for AFOLs who collect Friends, PFOLs (a term I just coined - Parents of Fans of LEGO, hmm, maybe that should be POFOLs, or POKFOLs), or for KFOLs?

Re: Friends Bricks
Hello,
There is a section for parents, and it is for afols, too. Susan mentioned wanting to be there for when the kfols who love friends grow old enough to post on the internet, perhaps be a place for teen girls who learned to love lego because of Friends.
I hope that helps. It is hard to type long answers on my ipod.

Re: Friends Bricks
I also checked it out. Pretty interesting stuff going on. I might also join, but as for posting stuff I might need to get Friends sets first... and that might be a little while. But I agree with Bruce, I'd like to keep up with the news and how the line is spreading to new audiences and whatnot. Hope it's all going well over there!
