After seeing Karf Oohlu's and BMW_Indy's articulated horse rider legs, I decided to make my own version, but with a saddle. Little did I know that Karf beat me to it by two weeks! Anyway:
Here are the guts:
Cheers.

Re: Horse Riding
Hmmm... interesting technique and works well for what you're going for.
I'm not the biggest fan, but I feel like the TLC's horse already looks like someone is riding the horse and thought that the slot was a genius idea.
I'm wondering if there is a way to make the legs come closer together at the top so they look like they're spreading out from the torso a bit more.

Re: Horse Riding
Excellent! I've been wishing/brainstorming there was a way to do just this! Mind if I borrow this? Great job!

I have done some work with this type of ridding, never thought of attaching them with hands though. I think because your using the saddle it looks to far apart, try taking the saddle off?Rick-Ricks wrote:I'm wondering if there is a way to make the legs come closer together at the top so they look like they're spreading out from the torso a bit more.

Re: Horse Riding
It has been done without the saddle before and does look better that way. This was an attempt to make it work with a saddle; I agree the legs are odd looking.
