Re: LCC - Garheim Official Faction Thread *NEW LC11!*
Greetings fellow Garhims! Since my camera died I haven't been on much; I'm sad I can't do anything. At the latest, I'll have a new one by the end of July so I will be back.

Free Build for June.
LCC - Escape from Illianaro Castle by andhe , on Flickr
"Jaykob... Jaykob? Wake up" Viktor gently shook his sleeping garhim cousin. Jaykob slowly roused from his sleep and remembered where he was. He had been travelling from Garheim through Lenfald with his cousin Happy when they had been stumbled upon by Viktor, Happy's elder brother, and his Lenfel scouting party. Viktor had taken them to Illianaro Castle for safety.
"Jaykob wake up, you need to leave" Viktor said as Jaykob rose sleepily from his bunk. "What... What is it?" Jaykob asked groggily, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "It's no longer safe here" Viktor answered "There are rumours among the men of plans to assassinate Prince Lorean, and Loreesi armies ransacking the Lenfel countryside. If a Loreesi army were to lay siege to the castle I could not guarantee your protection. I need to get you out of the castle before day break".
Jaykob and Happy were whisked down a hallway and up a flight of stairs. The castle was silent, with their footsteps echoing down the corridors.
Viktor arrived at a small window, attached a rope to the top and and threw the end out. "Climb down the rope to the bottom, then get to the tree line. Keep moving until daylight..."
Happy went first, it was only when he went over the sill that he realised the height of their escape route. But this was no time for fear. When he reached the ground he tugged on the rope for his Jaykob to follow him down.
Jaykob, more used to the heights that, as a boy, he and his brother would descend to steal gull eggs, soon arrived at the bottom of the rope next to his lenfel cousin without a sound. Following Viktor's instructions, they stole quietly into the night...
Viktor untied the rope and turned to his hooded associate who had previously been hidden in the shadows of a doorway. "Follow them at a distance.."

Is this where I enlist in the Garhim army? Please don't be angry if it isn't and if it is not, could someone point me in that direction?

Re: LCC - Garheim Official Faction Thread *NEW LC11!*
Here is my entry to LC11.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
After the war, and a shared victory with their Lenfel allies, many young men were inspired to join the ranks of the Garheim military. These fresh-faced recruits all were raised with basic survival skills, but the military required more extensive training.
As an outdoor survival expert, Rayth volunteered to take small groups of soldiers out into the wild for an intensive course that would impress on these young men the skills that they would need to survive long deployments in the unforgiving northern terrain.
Here we see Rayth and the group's commander (himself but a lad barely old enough to grow a bit of stubble), looking onward while one of the men attempts to start a fire.
