For Loreos and our Freedom!

After rescuing Lord Josef’s daughter, Isabel, and returning her safely back to her father, Roger and I are heading back to the Castle of Wedgemore Hills where we reside. But with the war wrapping up, Lenfald and Garheim decide to make one last final stand.
“Fighting for your life can be a cruel thing; one can only hope to not end up in the middle of something bigger then themselves!”, I shouted. “May this not be our last battle, men!”
“For the Glory of Loreos, CHARGE!” And with that the sound of horses’ hoofs beating the earth and the clash of armor was the only thing to be heard in the valleyside.

Built for The Castle Battle Contest in the "Ultimate Battle" category. Also my first freebuild for the LCC this month.
Have a great day! :D

Great battle scene! Is there any story behind it? The landscape is excellent as are the figs' posings :)

Always a pleasure to see works which are properly displayed and post processed, as a professional working in graphics I know how much that sort of hard work behind the scene is usually taken for granted :)

And extra kudos points for uneven terrain :D
