LCC Outlaws Freebuild: Captain Claw's Hideout

Post by Bricknave »

Image

After losing their previous hideout to the regime of the Evil Queen, Captain Claw and his crew refurbish an abandoned outpost in the south of Roawia.
A regime sympathizer learned too much, and is being held in captivity until the Captain can come up with a plan to dispose of him.

Great outlaw hideout! I really like the use of the sand baseplate and tower and cabin both are excellent.
Superb interior too, the chair and bunkbed designs are really neat. Nice touches with the dock and prison cage :)

There are a lot of neat details going on in here. I particularly like the way you used that mudguard for the fireplace. Very nice detail throughout. Top notch!

Is the tower meant to look like a angry face? It's the only thing I can see, now that I've visualized it, lol!

It's a little tradition of mine that started when I rebuilt gid617's Outlaw Lair.

The overall simplicity of this really adds to it, yet you've added just enough eye-catching details to make it pop. Awesome use of that island piece. :)

8) Particularly like the fact that beds/bunks are included in the build. Even Outlaws deserve a good sleep! Good work laddie.
