I think you're onto something with the design so far. The "blade" on the back of the helmet could go, but either way is fine with me. And I'm a fan of cloth capes, stiff plastic ones don't appeal to me...

The helmet would certainly be great for leaders of any troops . I wish there were 'cloaks' that were mid calf length with hoods attached and could double as blankets for sleeping outdoors.
