CCCXI - A Problem at Draigblaid Tower
CCCXI - A Problem at Draigblaid Tower
The invasion of Denas Brenhinol had not gone as planned, and the Wolfpack had been scattered like sticks to the wind. A small group of survivors had made their way to one of the oldest and most outdated outposts, Draigblaid Tower, in the tar swamps to the south, far from the mountain lake fortress. They were hoping for shelter, food, and rest. They didn't know that three winters prior, someone else had taken the tower by force...

Wow! This build really stands out! I never thought of using technic pins for water before. It really helps with he dark atmosphere of the MOC though.
The round tower is awesome as well. The roof technique is one I haven't seen before.
Happy Building,
Sir Valiant~

Awesome fort! I love the idea and you executed it well; the bone dragon (beast, what have you) in the tar looks excellent. Great build!

Are the technic pins considered to be water, or something more sinister or foreboding? Are they like a wasteland? Would love to hear from the OP!Sir Valiant wrote:Wow! This build really stands out! I never thought of using technic pins for water before.

The bones sticking out of the tar is a great touch! The rounded roof on the tower has a sweet design!

Re: CCCXI - A Problem at Draigblaid Tower
Thanks folks, glad you liked it. As for the technic pins, they're mostly an exercise in "what small bits in black can do I have to fill this circle?" But we'll call them tar swamp nastiness.
