Yeah that is an awesome new part.
EDIT: I've looked at the 1x2 profile brick online and wonder if it is the same as the 1x4 profile (length of grooves etc). Would like to see a side-by-side comparison if someone gets some!
Yeah, I've been meaning to tell you that I'm almost certain that the dimensions of the implied "brick" in the masonry brick is the same for both the 1x2 and 1x4. This would only make sense, since you'd want to be able to use the two sizes together.

From what i see in the picture, online. The profiles look identical. I am looking for one of the sets that the part is in to know for sure. I am looking forward to that cross piece for tree work myself!

I don't usually buy Friends sets but I picked up a few of the tiger polybags. That new plant piece is great. I can't wait to get some more of them and some in different colours.

The other day I was at an event and nearby there was cafe. They were giving away free Lego polybags if you bought a 55p newspaper! Such a steal! My sister's got a friends one and so did I, it had some nice parts I wanted.
