Little Armory. Sadly, they haven't produced much (or anything?) for years. They did a scimitar (as seen here: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Amper ... c_guen.jpg) that was, and is, the best ever produced for minifigs. Their weapons and armour were great.
