Well here is the link to download the psd files:

There are other variations there, or you can download one and make your own. :D

They are based on Anthony Sava's wonderful sheild template. The unicorn came from my massive retoutching of some heraldry clipart to make it simpler (like the LEGO lion), fill it in and have it stand out better when shrunk down to proper size. I would like to do a griffin and other such fantastic beasts eventualy.

So, what do you think?

Oh Man Those are GREAT!!! I think if I had to choose one I would go with the black and white one. It is close with the Green, but I'm not partial to Yellow. All in all, well done!

Thanks!!
Sorry about the yellow, they were Oberon's colors, I think.

How about this one then?

Or did you have an idea for a border color?

Ooooo I do like that one. That one is on the web site isn't it? I was wondering if I could download a few of them? That one and the purple one. I know my wife would just love them, and I have to justify the cost of my habit dont I?

Thank you very much sir. Think I will try a few, and see if the wife likes them as much as I do. Still working on one of my own for the "collage" but... heres to hoping that it will turn out half as well as yours!

I just finished rereading the amber novels - a great series. Alas, I already forget Oberon's colors! I like the borderless the best, or at least the border matching the color of the unicorn.

The simplified style matches Lego's nicely. Well done! :D

Hey, Jedipawn!
If you get a chance to tell me how they worked out that would be nice. I haven't printed them out for my own shields yet. :)

Thanks Legofreak! You have inspired me with your own great custom shields. 8)

Hi TwoTonic Kight! I'm happy you think so. I did the colors from what I remember so I'm not entierly sure about them either. It's in there somewhere but I can't find the passage. BTW: superb job on airbrushing that helm a few topics up! 8)

Thankyou Bricksidge! And fine work on those torsos. 8)

And here's a passage from a few pages into the first book, Nine Princes in Amber by Roger Zelazny:
"Where are my clothes?" I said.
"------ ------!" he repeated.
"Then I guess I'll have to take yours. Give them to me."
It became boring with the third repetition, so I threw the bedclothes over his head and clobbered him with the metal strut.
Within two minutes, I'd say, I was garbed all in white, the color of Moby Dick and vanilla ice cream. Ugly.
It was so morbid, arrogant and funny to have the core character think and act in this way that I was instantly hooked.

Feel free to download and use the shields as you wish and if you have any color preferences or other ideas please, do tell.
Thanks again all.
