Thanks a ton man :D ! Here are a couple small vigs ;) :
Image
Slowly a troop of outlaws meandered down the mountainside.
"Well, that worked out better then we expected!" one exclaimed, "but you two better take a different route in case he wakes up…"
"Yesir!" replied one of the grinning men who held Keeler who still had not recovered from his encounter with the dragon.
The rest of the men were dragging loads of gold which they had taken from the dragons lair after Keeler had defeated him, and not wishing him to demand a part of the booty they thought to never let him know it existed. The giant held a sword of gold up and admired it while the rest carried as much as they could in kettles and crates.

Meanwhile the bearers of Keeler carried him down towards their outlaw settlement. They passed over a rickety bridge which spanned a gap between the rocks. Glancing down it they beheld boiling lava in the depths below and hurried on till they reached their destination.

You're very quickly improving! Both vigs are excellent, but the bridge in the second one is my favorite part :woo:
One suggestion would be to not use/cover up the backs of those tall inverted slopes, but other than that great job! :)

Did that bridge fall apart much during construction?
The finished effect is really neat, and the rock spires look good as well :)

Thanks guys! Yes I wish I could have done that, but oh well. Also yes unsurprisingly the bridge fell apart many times, but it worked well nonetheless! A pair of figs who will play a part in the story latter on:

Image
Name -
Lord Malfangarm
Gender - Male
Species - Wolf man
Relations with other Factions - Dislikes all three factions
Personality - Fiery and quick to enter a fight yet cool in danger, once he makes up his mind nothing can change it (some call this firmness, others stubbornness), cunning, destroys all in his way, has little love for gold and is rather intelligent
Desires - Outlaws to stay separate, and to create an anarchy throughout Roawia, riches are not in his interests, dislikes Baron Locklear
Bio - Lord Malfangarn was born in The Shade and fighting for a large clan he now has risen to leader of it thus controlling a large share of The Shade. He lives in a magnificent fortress in The Shade and decided to take part in the council to voice his opinions despite his dislike of Baron Locklear and unity.

Image
Name - Frederick Savoyard
Gender - Male
Species - Human
Relations with other Factions - Hates Loreesi, is fine with Lenfels, thinks Garhims too far away to be bothered by
Personality - Clever, deceiving, but keeps his word if he ever gives it, very thoughtful before important decisions and loves gold
Desires - Outlaws to unite and be governed by the council not one monarchy and thus he is not a supporter of Baron Locklear, also desires the outlaws to extend their territory towards Loreos, also to exploration and thus get gold
Bio - Frederick Savoyard is a respected single noble living in a huge mansion near the Ort Necrosis and having many armies under his leadership. Hearing of a council to be held and liking the idea he set out to take part in the massive gathering.

"All hands on deck! You two, get the spare sails patched up!"
The morose men walked off in obedience sulkily muttering threats and curses, Navarre could plainly see a mutinous spirit in his crew.
"I don't like the look of the sky, captain, there's not a cloud in sight," Ralincler walked up to where Navarre was gazing at the horizon, "Ay, mark me a squalls a comin."
"Likely enough," Navarre returned sighing, "I hope not though-"
"Wait," Ralincler shielded his eyes and looked towards a distant dark spot on the glassy sea which was little disturbed by the wind which tore through the sails above, "Squalls comin indeed, but tis strange to find it tackin against the wind…"
"That's not a storm, it's an island. We're drawing near the Island of Lost Souls, a haunted forsaken place. I've known no one to have set foot on it and survived. It's dangerous for seamen anyhow; coral reefs."
Suddenly he noticed the sails hanging loose and looking backwards saw dark, ominous clouds gathering quickly on the border of the sea.
"Take down every rag of sails!" bellowed Navarre at his unruly men who quickly scurried up the masts to obey. Squalls came quickly and with the ferocious wind which had been blowing, this one would be no exception.
"William," a man ventured walking up, "The men want to know if we're going to keep following that ship… "
"I've given them an answer many times Joshua," Navarre began sternly, "and it hasn't changed. We follow that ship as long as we can! Granted, in this storm that won't be long; tell that to the men."
"Aye, we won't follow it long, Navarre," his retreating brother muttered under his breath.
Meanwhile Navarre mused on the happenings of the disastrous voyage thus far. It had begun well; Navarre's three ship ravaged the dead queen's scattered forts and had sunk many of her vessels. All had been prospering and they were heading down the coast as planned when a mysterious storm blew up and separated Navarre's flagship from the others and carried them far off the coast. After the storm blew itself out in fury on the ship, battering it till it could barely float, the lookout spotted another of the queen's ships. The men, though, were now tired of the chase and the mercenaries from The Shade were in a mutinous condition their pays being in arrear. Therefore Navarre desired to leave the enemy ship alone but his brother urged him to follow the ship and he reluctantly allowed it. Once he had agreed, however, he took it up right heartily and despite all the resentment of his men he pressed on following the strange ship which they had as yet not gained on in the least, but not lost either. This only made Navarre the more inflexible, and he pursued the deceptive ship with fury, thus it was that he now found himself surrounded by a mutinous crew, with a storm brewing up behind him and an antagonizing ship in front of him.
The voices of the crew recalled him from his dreary reverie. The idle men were now gathered in small groups talking threateningly. Navarre frowned,
"There are still men loyal to you on this ship Navarre," he heard his brothers voice behind him. "Yes," he continued his voice growing harder, "that's why you won't be alone on that island."
The men gathered together now and brandished their weapons, two of them walking forward leading the few men who were still loyal into a small boat,
"Your turn, Navarre!" one of the men called.
Joshua nodded, "there are some provisions in the boat, but in this storm you shain't need them," he laughed cruelly.
"Brother," Navarre pulled his axe out but the men waved their weapons menacingly,
"Oh, you needn't call me your brother Navarre!" Joshua returned, "Because I'm not!"
By now Navarre was in the small rowboat with his two faithful hands, he wondered what Joshua meant, but his thoughts were interupted.
"This ain't no natural mutiny Navarre," Ralincler whispered to him, "Ay, an mark me, I've seen-" a sudden jolt stopped him, the cord binding them to the ship was severed and the small boat wildly rocked on the waves as Joshua and the mutineers watched over the bow of the longboat. Slowly the raft bearing their former captain floated out of view into the dense clouds that now gathered round the ship. Joshua turned to the men, "All hands on deck!"

I really like how you only showed a section of the boat and sea here, looks very realistic.
The telescopes/oars combo is neat, and the shields are a nice touch too :)

Thank SK! Here is an update:

The Hunter's Lair

Image

Image
The sun slowly set over the jagged peaks of the Necrosis mountains. A pair of men engaged in conversation approached a dwelling on those mountains whose roof appeared to badly need repairs.
"Aye," the one began, "no one ever has been known to go to his lodge, for they think he uses magic in his art of hunting. But I know him, and he's never used magic that I've seen, though he's a plenty fine shot for that. I've seen him bring down his prey from nearly that far away!" and he pointed to a distant deer leaping into the forest.
By now, however, they had reached the house, so Keeler did not deign to reply.
Meanwhile the hunter himself came out and invited them into his lair, "What have you come for?" he asked gruffly.
"I am simply stopping on my way to our swamps," Keeler replied, "we figured you'd have the latest news too. They say Baron Locklear gathered all the nobles to discuss things: would you happen to know what the results were?"
"Ah, yes, that is, they've finished it, as to knowing what has passed…"
Keeler flipped a gold coin to him. The hunter grabbed it and continued,
"Hmm, very well. Of course, all this is rumors only, but they say that we shall keep to ourselves and let Loreos and Lenfald fight, but the majority appear to wish Lenfald the victory, whether the justice of their cause has been considered I doubt though; Loreesi have always been less liked here in the badlands, doubtless because they are known better then the Lenfels here. Hah! Anyway, in addition, they say men are ill at ease under Locklear, outlaws naturally like to be their own masters, but as long as he molests not the more powerful lords I dare say they'll let him rule. Also, of course, many other trivial topics were discussed, including the movement, which it has been perceived the Lenfels have given themselves over to, undoubtedly due to the civil war. Now there," he waved his hand, "that is all I know."
After a few more glasses of wine Keeler went on his way, the guard who had accompanied him staying behind talking keenly to the hunter, who shot a suspicious glance at Keeler's retreating back.

Congrats on TBB! You nailed the curvey roof design, and I like the general colorscheme. Good work with the interior too.
The only thing that looks odd to me is the section of whitewash holding the window, having it jump out a stud doesn't look quite right to me. I'd suggest a smaller depth change, or using some Reddish Brown stuff to make it look like a complete frame :)

Thanks a ton guys, yes I'm quite pleased with the TBB :D ! Here is my next build for LoR:

After visiting the Hunter Keeler quickly turned his face toward far away Lenfald to gather more news. So many rumors had been floating about, he had no idea what was really up. When he reached Lenfald he came across an old keep and there he decided to stay the night. After he had been sleeping some while he awoke with a start. Did he hear voices? It was strange for the neighbors to have guests this late at night, he decided to check things out. Quietly leaving the keep he walked across the road towards the house from whence the voices issued. He noticed the guards on the castle wall looking at him strangely, but he deviated his attention as a horseman traveled by. Keeler slipped behind a cart and put his ear to the open window…

Thank you man! Hope you like this part:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
However Keeler could hear very little of what was said. So, when the conspirators slowly filed out he grabbed a suspicious looking fellow.
"You look a likely fellow for a midnight birthday party," he mocked, then continued more seriously, "promise you'll meet me on the summit of closer of the Sister Peaks in three moons. My dagger can find it's way to you if you fail…"
The man promised coolly enough, then Keeler shoved him into the path, "Don't forget my knife!"
---------------------
At the appointed time the two met on the peak,
"Hah, sharp!" Keeler began suggestively, "enough though, you’re here, tell me all you know, I'll pay you well too," he showed some gold coins. "There are many ways to men's hearts, eh?"
So the man told him all he knew, and with this valuable information Keeler turned his back on the mountain.

That landscaping is brilliant! The brickbuilt background is a nice touch as well, especially the sillhouettes of the mountains.

Keeler soon got a few stores which he gathered into a tower by the coast. He had struck a deal with the owner, a little money hurting none. After that he went to make other preparations for whatever the rumors turned out to be.

Next part:
Marooned!

Now we venture into a dark storm, where we shall once more find Navarre. The lightning's blinding flash pierces the heavy clouds as we come upon a small raft whose occupants cling to it for dear life. Suddenly a larger then normal wave darkened one spot even more.
"It's all up now," Ralincler muttered to himself and shut his eyes, for in the blasting, tossing, water it was impossible to converse. However he soon found out that it was not all over as the craft rose with the waves and rushed onwards to it's invisible doom. Fortunately, being a rough raft, their bark could not be swamped or all would have ended long ago.
"I wish the clouds would lift for one second, we could at least know if we are close to land," Navarre began, "We maybe nearing the Island of Lost Souls."
"We'd better hope not, I'd rather drown out here then be cast on such an Island," Ralincler replied though neither could hear much of what the other said, "If only half the thing be true that are said about that place it'd be better to end ourselves right now, and if we did approach it, what's the use? We are without food, with but few arms, a good chance of drowning or getting killed by the surf, and no way to get off it again for love or money!"
"While there is life, there is hope," Navarre answered coolly, but his words were lost to the wind.
Of a sudden the third man, named Gantric, yelled, "Land! We may be saved yet!"
"Ah, fool, saved from the water that is," Ralincler growled back, "and likely not even that, who can survive in such breakers?"
But they had no time to talk for the shoreline was getting nearer each second. As the rode on another crashing wave which would throw them on the beach Ralincler beckoned them to follow him and, after throwing off his heavy armor, dived off into the surf. Navarre followed in a blink else he would have assuredly lost him in the blinding spray and towering waves which met him the instant he touched the water.
The third man, however was not so fortunate, for as he leapt in after them the raft cleft asunder on some coral and a spar sent him spinning in the wrong direction.
Navarre meanwhile plunged through the waves and soon noticed his guide's goal; the mouth of a comparatively peaceful river which flowed out into the raging sea. The sight gave him the new strength he direly needed and he dove ahead.
Nevertheless he felt his strength beginning to be spent while the sea threw him about violently. With a superhuman effort and a battle cry cut short by the sea he passed a looming wall of water and finally reached the comparative safety of the river. Here Ralincler pulled him onto it's bank where Navarre collapsed.
"I'll go see if I can help Gantric," Ralincler told him. "He won't need me unless I'm wrong though," he continued and turning, made for the beach again.
While Ralincler was gone Navarre recovered and stood up to observe his surroundings. The sight was not a pleasant outlook. Immediately before were some dark trees casting darker shadows still, and behind, lost in the forest save for it's glowing eyes, a black cave set in the mouth a grinning skull. He shuddered and turned to find his comrade.
"Well, a sad end to a good captain and better comrade," Ralincler commenced on his return, "but at least there's one less mouth to feed. He was dashed upon the rocks with enough force to have killed behemoth!"
"Well, though I wouldn't mind his help we must think quick if we wish to not end in a similar fashion. Have you brought any weapons? Unfortunately I have only my knife and ax which are in my belt."
"There I have the advantage of you, I brought my sword and a short javelin. But hurry," he cut short the conversation, "if we do we may find a bale of food which would hardly harm us."
Nothing, however, could be found on the beach and though the saw a barrel tossing in the eddy between the river and the sea it was much to far out to access. And so they were marooned alone on the Island of Lost Souls whose very soil they would begin to hate before they left its fearful shores…
