8. The admins decided to increase the ship category size to three 32x32 baseplates.
Does the medieval warship category have to be realistic? Can it be fantasy in nature such as featuring Orcs and Sea serpents. Does it actually have to be a sea-going vessel - i am thinking of building something like a flying-dragon-warship-thing with orcs leaping on to a fortress wall. NOT steampunk no definitely not going there, but using medieval castle set style - wood, sails, wizards and magic.
11. Fantasy ships and realistic ships are allowed. However all ships must be in water. This is not an airship category.
For the Siege Warfare category, can the siege weapon be on a base (i.e. attacking a castle wall) or does it have to be on its own?
13. Yes. You can build a scene for your siege weapon. However the primary grading will be on the siege weapon.
Is any overhang allowed? (i.e. a bit of a tree, or a minifig's spear) not excessively of course
14. Yes. A small amount (two or three studs) of overhang is allowed for a few accessories and foliage. Excessive overhangs may move your moc to the misc. large category.
Custom stickers may be used for minifigure torsos, shields, and flags. You may use custom weapons only in the Custom Castle Figure and Miscellaneous categories. Brick built, custom, and LEGO animals can be used.
15. Yes.
