CCC XXI: The Old Town Hall

Sixth (and I think, the last) entry for this edition. The first time I've build something for every category :)

In a big storm, the small spire at the back of the town hall was blown to pieces. Unfortunately for the roof and gutter...
One of the shutters was also blown to pieces....
But not to worry, with all hands on deck, the damage is being quickly repaired.
