Hey man,
These are awesome. You're going to have to get out of my head, though, because I was thinking the other day about the "I hate snakes" scene. I like the way you did the statue in that one. In the barbershop scene I really like how you did the chair and the pole. Of course, I didn't want to be a barber anyway. I wanted to be a lumberjack! Leaping from tree to tree as I floated down the mighty rivers of British Columbia! The larch, the fir, the mighty Scotch pine! Ohhhhh.....
Oops, sorry about that.
My favorite though, has got to be the train track scene. You've really captured the front of the train and shown the power of the vignette to imply a huge scene by just showing a small piece of it. Beautiful!

Great vignettes all around.
I love the "I hate snakes" one. The statue looks great. The train-running-over-the-guy-with-NO-luck is excellent. The barber shop is well done, but it doesn't really strike my fancy too much, as great as it is.
The monkey is funny, but without the necessary info, it just looks like a monkey with a black column.

Re: The madness continues: four more vignettes
Hey Nathan!
Great vignettes! They all made me laugh. I do agree with the other posts though. You need more monkeys and they need to be holding Bull horns. It has been awhile since I have seen 2001. Did more than one monkey have a bone?
The barber shop is great, the chair is inspired. But is would freak me out to go to a barber that cut my hair with a knife!
Way to Go!

These are neat, and my favorite one is the barber shop. Like others have said, the chair is a great piece of customizing. The Indiana Jones one is very good too.
